  Clips

  Clips has many uses in fishing, the swivel takes out the twist, and the clip can be taken on / off to make setting and hauling easier. Snoods with fish are simply clipped off, not to interrupt the hauling, and the hooks are extracted later.

  The largest are used for traps and to attach anchor ropes to anchor and to the buoys, the smaller are used to attach snoods to lines and floats to bottom lines and floating lines. All are stainless steel and have a breaking strength 2-3 times the line or rope they are intended to be used for.
